About Delivery

Shipping generally takes 2-4 days.

【Shipping Methods】(May vary by title)

1-20 cards → Standard Mail (Changes to Click Post for orders over ¥10,000)

*Even for products listed with standard mail as the shipping method, you can upgrade to Click Post for an additional ¥200.

20-1,000 cards → Click Post

1,100 cards or more → Yu-Pack

*We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

*There may be periods around New Year's, Golden Week, and summer holidays (Obon) when we cannot process shipments. Orders placed during these times may experience longer delivery times than usual.

*If you purchase multiple items, they will be shipped together.

【If the orderer and recipient are different】

If the orderer and recipient are different, an invoice showing the price will not be included.

Additionally, our store's name will be listed as the sender on the shipping label.

【If you wish for redelivery】

If the storage period at the post office is exceeded, the item will be returned to our store, and once the return is complete, the order will be cancelled.

If you wish for redelivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will charge you for the redelivery including shipping fees (which vary depending on the destination region) and then reship the item.

Please note that we only accept redelivery requests once.

【About orders canceled due to customer convenience】

Customers who have had an order canceled due to long-term absence or refusal to receive, even once,

will have their new orders shipped only after we confirm their intention to receive the item.

Furthermore, if a customer has canceled multiple orders due to their own convenience, we may not be able to accept any further orders from them.
